Joselyn believes a business can have its systems together without losing its personality. As Vida’s owner and an Air Force veteran, she brings that balance to the administrative side of the company: attention to detail, honest conversation, and a personal investment in how people are treated.

With an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, she enjoys figuring out how things can work better. For her, a good process should mean less confusion, fewer repeat questions, and a clear next step. Behind the scenes, that means organized records, thoughtful follow up, and getting questions to the right person.

Her vision for Vida is personal: a local company where people feel comfortable asking questions and never feel like just another name in an inbox. Structure matters. So does warmth. She wants people to experience both.

Jason brings deep Montgomery roots and a seasoned broker’s perspective to Vida. A lifelong resident of the city, he combines a background spanning more than 27 years in sales with experience in residential and commercial real estate. His knowledge of the River Region and grounding in marketing bring valuable perspective to the properties and people Vida serves.

A Saint James School alumnus who studied marketing at Auburn University, Jason pairs local knowledge with an analytical approach. As Vida’s qualifying broker, he supervises the company’s licensed real estate activities, working alongside Joselyn’s administrative leadership.

Outside real estate, Jason’s interests include training bird dogs, hunting, fishing, and baseball. His community involvement has included the Salvation Army and local YMCA chapters. Those local ties are part of what makes his experience a meaningful addition to Vida.

Services requiring an Alabama real estate license are handled by appropriately licensed professionals through Vida, under qualifying broker Jason Head. Administrative support is a separate role.
