Joselyn leads Vida’s day-to-day business operations and is the architect behind the company’s service standards. An Air Force veteran with an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, she brings a systems-minded approach to owner communication, resident support, vendor coordination, documentation, and follow-through.
She believes owners should never have to choose between personal care and operational discipline. Her work centers on creating a management experience that feels warm, organized, direct, and accountable from the first conversation through every stage of the property lifecycle.
