As property rental agencies kindly take note of the following criteria that must be met for your rental application to be considered: 

• Financial Stability:
  • Make at least 3 times the monthly rent in combined gross income.
  • Credit does not have to be perfect, but you must pass a background and credit check.

• Positive Rental History:
  • Demonstrate a positive rental history from previous house rent agencies or apartment agencies.

• No Evictions or Open Bankruptcies:
  • Have no history of evictions or open bankruptcies.

• Application Fees:
  • Application fees are nonrefundable.

• Separate Rental Applications:
  • Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.

Ready to initiate the rental application process? Follow these steps:

1. Submit Your Rental Application to the property rental agencies:

• Fill out the rental application form with accurate information.
• Each rental will have an online application link for efficient processing. Ask our office for the link to the property you are interested in. 

2. Provide Required Documentation:

• Alongside your rental application, submit the following documents:
• 3 years of residential history.
• Contact information for your rental references.
• Details regarding your monthly income (typically, combined gross income should be at least three times the monthly rent amount).

3. Application Fee:

• Remit a $50 application fee for each resident aged 18 and older submitting a rental application.
